I've been packing on the kilos, not enough exercise, too much of the wrong foods. The doctor managed to scare me and I can't fly my hang glider because I'm too heavy. So, I need to eat much less and exercise much more. If I'm going to eat less, I'm going to eat better. I need nearly salt free food to keep my blood pressure down and that means nothing preprepared. So I need to learn to cook again. Blank slate, no preconceptions. Good food, cooked simply.
